Release of Liability
By participating in classes, events, or activities offered by Spotlight Dance Legacy, you acknowledge and assume the risks associated with dance education and performance. These risks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Physical contact with other dancers and instructors.
Physical exertion, including strenuous movement and exercise.
Injuries resulting from slips, falls, or collisions.
Accidents or injuries resulting from the use of equipment or props.
Potential exposure to communicable diseases.
As a participant in our programs, you understand that dance is a physical activity that carries inherent risks, and you voluntarily assume these risks. In consideration for being allowed to participate in our programs, you hereby release and hold harmless Spotlight Dance Legacy, its owners, instructors, staff, and volunteers from any and all claims, damages, and injuries that may arise from participation in our classes, events, or activities.
This release of liability applies to any and all claims, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, including but not limited to claims for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Spotlight Dance Legacy, its owners, instructors, staff, and volunteers from any and all claims, damages, and expenses arising from your participation in our programs.
By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this release of liability policy and agree to release Spotlight Dance Legacy, its owners, instructors, staff, and volunteers from any and all claims, damages, and injuries that may arise from participation in our classes, events, or activities. You also acknowledge that you are signing this release of liability voluntarily and without coercion.
