At Spotlight Dance Legacy, the safety and well-being of our students is our top priority. We understand that medical emergencies can happen at any time, and we have procedures in place to ensure a prompt and appropriate response to any medical situation that may arise. Emergency Contacts

  1. All students are required to provide emergency contact information at the time of registration.

  2. In the event of a medical emergency, our staff will contact the emergency contact listed for the student and medical emergency services (911) as needed.

Medical Information

  1. All students are required to provide any relevant medical information at the time of registration.

  2. This information will be kept confidential and will only be shared with our staff on a need-to-know basis.

First Aid and Emergency Care

  1. Our staff is trained in basic first aid.

  2. In the event of a medical emergency, our staff will assess the situation and take appropriate action, which may include calling 911 or administering first aid.

  3. Our staff will also contact the emergency contact listed for the student.

Communication

  1. In the event of a medical emergency, our staff will communicate with the emergency contact listed for the student as soon as possible.

  2. Our staff will provide updates on the situation and coordinate any necessary transportation or medical care.
