Assumption of Risk
By participating in classes, events, or activities offered by Spotlight Dance Legacy, you acknowledge and assume the risks associated with dance education and performance. These risks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Physical contact with other dancers and instructors.
Physical exertion, including strenuous movement and exercise.
Injuries resulting from slips, falls, or collisions.
Accidents or injuries resulting from the use of equipment or props.
Potential exposure to communicable diseases.
As a participant in our programs, you are responsible for taking reasonable precautions to ensure your own safety and the safety of others. This includes following all instructions provided by our instructors and staff, properly warming up and stretching before engaging in physical activity, and reporting any injuries or concerns to a staff member immediately.
Spotlight Dance Legacy strives to provide a safe and supportive environment for all participants. However, dance is a physical activity that carries inherent risks. By choosing to participate in our programs, you acknowledge and accept these risks and release Spotlight Dance Legacy and its staff from any liability for injuries or damages that may occur as a result of participation in our classes, events, or activities.
By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this assumption of risk policy and agree to comply with all safety protocols and guidelines established by Spotlight Dance Legacy.
